As AGM grows within the Australian construction industry, we recognize the relevance and benefit of having the best possible management practice. Thus, AGM has implemented an integrated business system to avoid overlaps, duplication and inconsistencies. The ISO9001 standard is used as the guiding standard for the design of all systems.


Business Processes

AGM’s product is delivered in the form buildings, structures and fittings and services to buildings. Each product is unique and is realized through project management processes. These processes are supported by management and administration processes. The sequence of these activities are illustrated in the attached diagram.

Quality Policies

Quality is valued as an integral ingredient to AMG procedures and undertakings. From the initial interaction with clients to the final handover, quality will be maintained and held with high regard. Quality is seen to be valuable in establishing new and maintaining existing clients, through the assurance that a service or product will be delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality required. AGM strives for “Quality this time, next time and all the time”.

Occupational Health And Safety Policies

Without a safe site, there will be no site. Thus, Health and Safety is of paramount importance at AGM Construction. We are totally committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees and visitors to our sites; with the knowledge prevention is better than a cure. Our good record is due to our meticulous management in this department, which satisfies legal requirements along with our own goals and standards. Our system complies with NSW Government OHSMS Guidelines, AS4801:2000 and NSW OHS Legislation and Regulations.
